Including damage of metal parts, wooden parts, leg, seat, back, base and etc.
3 years warranty for small components
Including damage of plastic parts, fabric, writing tablet and etc.
If the quality problems are caused by any of the following reasons, Hongji will not commit the above warranty, but client can pay for the service.

- Abnormal usage of products or artificial damage
- Exceeding the warranty period
- Damage by natural disaster or accident
